I was raised here, I’ve lived here for more than 30 years, and I help clients all over town, from established neighborhoods near downtown to newer communities on the edges of the city. How do I start working with a buyer’s agent in Bend?

Can you help if I’m moving to Bend from out of the area?
Yes. I’ll help you compare Bend’s neighborhoods and the nearby towns, narrow down the homes that fit, and plan tours so your visit counts. Between visits, we can stay in touch by phone and email as new homes come up.
Should I have my own agent when buying a new-construction home?
It’s worth it. The builder’s sales team works for the builder; your agent works for you, helping you compare options, understand the contract, and keep track of deadlines and walkthroughs. Some builders have rules about when your agent needs to be introduced, so it’s best to reach out before your first visit to a model home.
How do I find out what my Bend home is worth?
